Our 2025 Journey: 7 Milestones That Defined Narva Software

2025 has been a year of significant milestones for Narva Software. From launching new tools to strengthening our partnerships and earning industry recognition, we've focused on what matters most - building better solutions for Atlassian users and supporting the community that drives us forward.

1. We launched a new website & blog

We kicked off 2025 with a completely redesigned Narva website - a new way to connect with our community and showcase what we do best.

The new site gives visitors a clear look at our Jira and Confluence apps, making it easier to understand how our solutions can improve their workflows.

One of the features we're most excited about is Narva's blog. Since the launch, we've been sharing practical insights, expert tips, and proven strategies to get the most out of Atlassian tools, build better workflows, and increase productivity when working with Jira and Confluence.

2. We launched Partnership Program

We believe the best solutions come from great minds working together.  That’s why we started Narva's partnership program for tech innovators and Solution Partners to expand what's possible in the Atlassian ecosystem.

3. Our apps now Run on Atlassian and are Cloud Fortified

As of 2025, our apps are Cloud Fortified and run on Atlassian, meeting Atlassian's highest security, reliability, and support standards.

This means our solutions have passed rigorous testing and follow best practices for cloud architecture.

4. Retained our Gold Marketplace Partner status

We retained our Gold Marketplace Partner status with Atlassian for another year. This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality apps for Jira and Confluence that serve teams worldwide.

Gold Marketplace Partner status is reserved for certified companies with deep expertise in Atlassian tools and a proven track record of helping teams implement solutions and providing reliable support. To maintain Gold status, means that Narva Software meets strict criteria across revenue, certifications, and customer success.

5. Achieved SOC 2 Type 2 Certification

We achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification, a major milestone in our commitment to security, data integrity, and operational excellence.

SOC 2 Type 2 is the gold standard for security compliance. Unlike Type 1, which checks if security controls are properly designed at a single point in time, Type 2 verifies that those controls work consistently over an extended period. It demonstrates that we don't just have good security practices- we follow them every day. We launched a third-party validated Trust Center, where our users can learn more about the certification and compliance.

6. We attended Atlassian's Team '25 Europe

We attended Team'25 Europe in Barcelona, and it was an incredible experience! Our team loves Atlassian conferences , as it's where the community comes together - developers, partners, and Atlassian users from across the globe sharing ideas, challenges, and innovations.

The event gave us the chance to connect directly with other Atlassian partners, learn about the latest product updates, and see firsthand what teams are building in the ecosystem.

7. We launched a new free app

At the end of the year we launched a free app - Advanced Word Exporter for Confluence - that solves a common problem - exporting Confluence pages to Word documents in a modern, usable format.

Confluence's default export only supports the legacy .doc format, which is outdated and limited. Teams need a better way to share content with external stakeholders, create reports, or access their knowledge base offline. Our Confluence to Word Exporter makes this simple.

The app transforms Confluence content into shareable Word documents in seconds. It exports pages in modern .docx format—the industry standard that's compatible with Word 2007 and later, as well as Google Docs, LibreOffice, and other tools.

The app is completely free and available now on the Atlassian Marketplace. We built it to give teams a better way to work with their Confluence content.
